The Christ the king celebration for the year 2016 in Otukpo Benue State was in fact one with a large population of over a 100000 people which came from all the parishes in the Otukpo axis ofBenue State, the parishes that made up this enormous number of people came from St Francis Cathedral, St Anthony Parish, St Mary Parish, St Jude Parish, Divine Mercy Church Ampia and other neighboring catholic church around the Otukpo axis.
The Christ the king celebration started from Divine Mercy Churh Ampia in Otukpo and ended at St Francis Cathedral in Otukpo, the whole celebration stated after 2 pm in the afternoon and ended after 6 pm in the evening, the procession took more than 3 good hours of walking. The celebration involved the partaking of both the young and old all praising and thanking Jesus Christ as they celebrate the Christ the king day.
However the Christ the king celebration was in deed a successful one because there was no record of casualty as the case may be, and also the presence of the police really helped a long way in making the masses maintain law and order during the procession of the Christ the king celebration inOtukpo.

Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) is a process to identify suitable project activities for speeding up and deciding by how much so as to attain the best possible saving in both time and cost for that project . The objective of TCTO is to reduce the original project duration, determined from the critical path, to meet a specific deadline with the least cost . Performing this computation in the past was prone to error, became complex as well as tedious when the size of data was increased and also of technical knowhow of individuals was a problem. This analysis involves the computation of the TCTO model using the Simple Critical Path Method TCTO Algorithm which in the past was done manually. In this work, time and the resource used resulting to the overall cost of the project are considered and the different cost involved in a project . The aim of this work is to automate TCTO analysis by building a system which will help project managers and individuals alike to perform this computation easier and accurately with little or no knowledge of the model in other to save time using Python Programming Language implemented as a desktop software.

this is all what you need to get started:
1. Download and install the official WhatsApp programs for desktop
2. Connect your phone with you PC
Open the WhatsApp app on your mobile device and access the Web section, which can be found on the setup menu. This will then open the camera on your phone. Place your device in front of the QR code on your desktop in order for the app to register it.
3. Enjoy using WhatsApp on your PC, but…
Congratulations! You have now activated WhatsApp on your PC.
Note:- but you have to in mind that, this does not mean that you can start using it independently, as you can with Line or Telegram. The WhatsApp PC version is a similar version of the WhatsApp web one, meaning that you must have your device connected (via Wi-Fi or data connection) in order to send and receive messages.
